Owner Laurie Forsberg started Laurie’s Village Salon in 2001, after purchasing the previous salon where she worked for 20 years. The stylists who worked with her stayed on to work for her.
Laurie describes the salon atmosphere as warm, welcoming, and supportive to both clients and stylists. Teamwork, education and communication are promoted in the salon.
Ching Lei joined us when Supercuts closed, where she served the Magnolia community for 18 of her 22 years as a stylist. She is a mother of three. She enjoys hiking with her dog.
